Our Promise

We stand behind everything we make. Every Nexus 8, Nexus 16 and Nexus 32 controller purchased with an active Nexus iQ™ subscription is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, for as long as the subscription remains active. The full terms are below and in clause 18 of our Terms and Conditions.

Bought before 12 October 2026? Your products keep the warranty they were sold with, including Lifetime Warranty cover on other AirNexus hardware while its Nexus iQ subscription stays active.

What's Covered

• Hardware failure or defect in a Nexus 8, 16 or 32 controller
• Covers the replacement part - shipped to your nominated address

Key Conditions

• Subscription must be activated within 30 days of the original product purchase date
• Subscription must remain active and in good standing for the warranty to apply
• If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the Lifetime Warranty ends on that date, and any remaining standard warranty still applies
• Warranty claims must be submitted via the official warranty claim form
• The faulty product must be returned to Airnexus at the customer's expense before a replacement is shipped
• Airnexus reserves the right to inspect returned products and decline claims where damage is caused by misuse or external factors
• Replacement products are covered under the same warranty terms for the remainder of the original subscription period
• This warranty is non-transferable - it applies to the original purchaser and subscription holder only

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given by our warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods.
