Our Promise

We stand behind everything we make. Every Airnexus™ hardware product purchased with an active Nexus iQ™ subscription is covered by our Lifetime Warranty — for as long as your subscription remains active. No fine print. No hidden limits. If it fails, we replace it.

What's Covered

• Hardware failure or defect in any Airnexus product
• Controller, sensor, expansion module, or display unit failure
• Covers the replacement part — shipped to your nominated address

Key Conditions

• Subscription must be activated within 30 days of the original product purchase date
• Subscription must remain active and in good standing for the warranty to apply
• If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the warranty is void from the date of cancellation
• Warranty claims must be submitted via the official warranty claim form
• The faulty product must be returned to Airnexus at the customer's expense before a replacement is shipped
• Airnexus reserves the right to inspect returned products and decline claims where damage is caused by misuse or external factors
• Replacement products are covered under the same warranty terms for the remainder of the original subscription period
• This warranty is non-transferable — it applies to the original purchaser and subscription holder only
