Intelligent HVAC Monitoring, Diagnostics & Energy Management
AirNexus iQ™ is a cloud-connected monitoring and diagnostics platform purpose-built for commercial HVAC. It connects to your existing VRV, ducted, and hydronic systems to deliver real-time visibility, intelligent alerts, energy tracking, and actionable performance insights — all from one interface.
AirNexus iQ is designed for commercial facilities including data centres, hospitals, shopping centres, hotels, aged care facilities, warehouses, offices, and retail sites. It is installed and managed through the AirNexus qualified partner network. The platform serves both facility managers (who control the system) and HVAC contractors (who access diagnostics and performance data).
Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Fujitsu, Temperzone, Stiebel Eltron, Olympia Splendid, and all geothermal systems. New brands and equipment types are being added regularly.
Each gateway supports 32 units, and there is no limit to the number of gateways per site. This means AirNexus can scale from small retail sites with 4 units to large commercial complexes with hundreds of units.
BACnet (IP and MS/TP), Modbus (RTU and TCP), MQTT, MATTER, and KNX for building management systems. For home automation, AirNexus iQ offers native Control4 integration via the ANX-DRIVER-C4 driver with SDDP auto-discovery (supporting OS 2.7+), as well as Savant support. A REST API is also available for custom integrations. AirNexus iQ is designed to work with all leading BMS and home automation platforms.
Yes. AirNexus iQ is accessible via web browser, iOS app, and Android app. You can monitor and control your sites from anywhere.
HVAC power consumption dashboard with real-time and historical usage, solar and battery integration showing HVAC load vs generation, utility tariff awareness that optimises for peak/off-peak pricing, automated load shedding to prevent overloads, energy anomaly detection to flag unusual spikes, and carbon impact tracking for sustainability reporting.
All on/all off control, a no-code custom rule builder, calendar-based smart scheduling with holiday/exception support, zone priority logic for peak demand, user-defined parameters with mathematical operators, and weather-triggered actions for proactive climate management.
Set point performance tracking, interactive click-and-drag diagnostics charts, component-level health scores based on runtime and fault history, runtime heatmaps, predictive fault alerts using trend analysis, and service due reminders based on runtime hours.
Customisable drag-and-drop dashboard tiles, floorplan view with real-time temperatures/alarms, comfort index scoring per zone, and a client-facing portal that partners can share with end clients for read-only access to their site data.
AirNexus generates branded PDF reports with your logo, covering energy analysis, unit performance, operating hours, comfort insights, and recommendations. Reports can be emailed automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Full fault history and time-stamped command logs are available for export, making it ideal for compliance in healthcare and aged care environments.
The AirNexus Core controller connects to your existing HVAC equipment via the relevant protocol (typically a wired connection to the VRV/VRF communication bus). It communicates to the cloud via your building’s wired LAN (CAT6 recommended). The platform supports BACnet IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, and REST API for BMS integration.
Yes. A BMS controls the building — AirNexus iQ monitors and diagnoses the HVAC equipment itself. They work alongside each other. AirNexus iQ integrates with BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and KNX so data feeds straight into your BMS whether it is Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, or any other platform.
Yes. AirNexus Cloud provides 24/7 monitoring with real-time push alerts and notifications sent directly to nominated contacts via the app.
Wired LAN (CAT6) is recommended. The controller requires 240V AC power. No special firewall rules or VPN configuration is typically required beyond standard outbound HTTPS access.
AirNexus iQ is installed through the AirNexus qualified partner network. Visit the contact page or email info@airnexus.io to be connected with a partner in your area. Partners handle installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
Installation is straightforward using the fast commissioning tools built into the platform. Typical install time depends on site size, but the hardware is designed for quick deployment with minimal disruption to building operations.
Partner training materials and onboarding support are provided as part of the AirNexus partner program. The platform is designed to be intuitive for facility managers and technicians, with a no-code interface for automation rules and customisable dashboards.
No lock-in. AirNexus offers a free 30-day trial, then flexible month-to-month billing. You can switch to an annual or multi-year plan anytime to save with term discounts.
Any site with HVAC. From small retail shops to large commercial buildings, AirNexus iQ scales to fit your needs.
Our team is happy to walk you through the platform.
