ZoneNexus is a step above residential zoning, built for offices, retail, clinics and premium homes. It is wired throughout: wired room sensors, relay outputs for 24 V package units, and 0-10 V outputs for AHUs, EC fans, outside air and modulating dampers.
One controller runs the whole tenancy. ZoneNexus calls the fan, cooling and heating stages of a package unit directly, sets EC fan speed and the outside air damper on an AHU, and matches commercial AC capacity to the zones calling with a 0-10 V compressor demand signal.
It sits on the building network with the BMS and field devices, reads CO2, humidity and outside air temperature, and talks to RS485 devices such as outside air fans, ERVs and meters.
